The Unico System's Air supply ducting is lined with sound attenuating material to assure quiet operation, so comfort is felt but air movement is not heard. The fully enclosed and insulated geothermal system can be located outside or in a basement, utility room or garage so that no component of the system interferes with the quiet living space.
Unico System's unique cooling method removes 30% more moisture from the air than traditional forced air systems. It draws, rather than pushes, air directly over the evaporator coils, creating colder temperatures than conventional systems. This means that even in the warmest, most humid months the air in your house or office will be dryer, more comfortable.
